Not sure if that's it or not but one that talks to someone without exposure to Steiner at all? I'm looking for something that explains a bit about establishing rhythms, *why* have rhythms, reducing 'stimulation' and why, etc.
It seems I've picked up lots from different places/audios, etc but was wondering about which one would be good as a gift for someone with no exposure.
I think the 'why waldorf, why homeschool' might be good but is there just a 'why waldorf' sort of thing?
